Every job, start to paid
EOP is where Embiro runs its work and where clients follow theirs. Requests, projects, invoices and payments live in one place, so you never have to email to ask where things stand.

- PENDING PAYMENT
The client sees the price before submitting. Embiro adds no fee; mobile money through iotecPay may add its own transaction charge at payment.
Deal to payment, in one place
Pipeline
Every deal from lead to closed won, with its emails, meetings and notes on one timeline.
Projects
Phases, tasks and milestones. Clients see milestones and deliverables as they land.
Requests
Clients pick a service, see the price before they submit, and follow it to resolved.
Inbox
Portal messages and WhatsApp in the same thread, so no conversation lives in one phone.
Commissions
Worked out from the deal and the paid invoice, with the rate and its source on show.
Reports
Revenue, receivables and pipeline in UGX, read from the same records staff work in.
Pay first, then work begins
- 01RequestThe client picks a service in the portal.
- 02PricedThe total comes from the service's preset price.
- 03PaidMTN MoMo, Airtel Money or bank transfer.
- 04Work startsPayment confirmation unlocks the work.
- 05DeliveredDeliverables and sign-off in the portal.
For pay-first services, the request stays locked until the payment clears. A mobile money payment through iotecPay unlocks it on its own. For a bank transfer, the client tells Embiro once they've paid, and staff record the payment, which unlocks the work.
Payment confirmation is required before work can begin.
